Gentle Yoga focuses on mindful stretching, simple flowing sequences, and grounding breathwork to release tension and improve mobility without strain.​​

Sound Healing, Mediation and Reiki. W/Amy Butler and Michelle Reed

This Sound Healing Class will be once a month. The first Sunday of the month at 4-5pm $45

​

Class will begin with a short guided meditation and Reiki will giving throughout the sound healing session.

How does sound therapy help?

​

Sound can help release energetic blockages within the mind, body, and spirit. Because any sound influences the nervous system—and the nervous system connects to every cell—sound-based practices can create effects throughout the entire body. The vibrations produced by Tibetan bowls are gentle enough to relax the nervous system yet strong enough to move deeply into the body, even reaching the bones. These vibrations can access areas that hands alone cannot reach, supporting forms of healing that are otherwise difficult to achieve.

The harmonizing effect comes from both the sound entering through the ears and the physical vibrations moving through the body’s tissues. A Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing practitioner strikes the bowls in specific rhythmic patterns, creating a calming, entrancing atmosphere. When our inner balance is disrupted, we can lose our sense of equilibrium, making us more vulnerable to stress and illness. Sound massage offers a way to gently release tension and support harmony within the mind, body, and spirit.
